ICF-MR Facility Information

Sandy Oaks I & Sandy Oaks II are two ICF/MR 13-bed facilities located on approximately 4 acres of land.
They have been licensed and certified since the late 1970's.

The homes are approximately 3,500 square foot ranch style homes. The property also
includes outdoor volleyball court, outdoor basketball court and 3 acres of land that is being
developed into additional recreational/leisure opportunities.The property is located right
outside Denton city limits on the east side of town.

Oakridge Group Home is a six-bed ICF/MR facility located in a nice residential neighborhood
in North Denton. The home has been licensed and certified since the mid 1990's.

The home is an approximately 3,200 square foot home. The property has two living areas
and a nice fenced-in, back yard with back patio and numerous well-established trees.
